What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We provide bank transaction processing, reconciliation, review of all general ledger accounts, cash flow management, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll services.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
The financial books need to be in order so that the business can continue to grow. The larger a business gets, the more scrutiny it is under. This scrutiny is typically given by investors, the IRS, and lenders who look at a company's books first and foremost to see if they are ready to take on bigger projects. With a great accountant, the business owner does not have to worry about these things and can focus on business development and sales opportunities.

We love to reach unique solutions to unique issues. We also love to watch and help businesses grow by using sound financial planning and management.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoyed using business creativity for my previous jobs; so much so that I wanted to find those same opportunities and continue to be creative without limitations.

Yes, we can provide services online or remotely. We have adapted and adopted familiar platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. The accounting software we used are cloud-based such as Quickbooks Online, Xero, Sage, and UDA Construction Online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As mentioned before, we use teleconferencing applications that best suit our clients. We have secure portals for our clients to upload confidential documents such as bank statements or any other documents required.
