Just completed a year lease managed by Legends Property Management. My girlfriend and I were very pleased with the professionalism and management practices from Robert and the Legends Crew. Any issues that arose on the lease property were taken care of promptly and completed with a quality repair. Communication was great and there was never a time we felt, "Left in the dark."Unfortunately, we were unable to lease another property managed by Legends due to no properties available at the time of our lease expiration, but that was not their fault. The team at Legends Property Management was outstanding during the time we worked together (2012-2017). As an owner, renting out a house can come with its difficulties, but Legends handled all issues from finding a qualified tenant, collecting rent, maintenance issues and Robert was responsive whenever I had any questions. We had a very positive experience with Legends Property Management. They use a Portal for commications and to pay rent.
It is the easiest most efficient system I’ve ever used. These guys have their act together! They were the most responsive property managers I’ve every dealt with in my life. The property was in perfect condition and when repairs needed to be completed we rarely waited longer than one day and most of the time we had someone out the same day. There isn’t any company in this business that responds quicker. We spend 4 years at one of their properties in Irvine and they were a pleasure to work with throughout those 4 years. From move in to move out they were on the ball. I can’t say enough how fortunate you will be to have them as your property manager. I wish they had the business in the new place we leased. You really don’t appreciate how awesome Legends is until you deal with another company. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommended this company. Robert B is the best in the industry bar none!!!!!

Love this company!! I've been working with Robert for several years now. He is the go to for all your rental, management, buying and selling needs . Robert has always taken care of me from giving me a reduced monthly maintenance fee when my rent was low, half off deals for rentals, not charging extra fees for services that require his time. The list of all the other things he has done in the last 8 years goes on and on. I live out of state and needed a property manager. Through the wonders of the internet (and yelp) they helped me find Robert at Legends. I am very happy! I have now been with Robert/Legends several years and the service I have received is wonderful. He communicates regularly, is quick to take care of tenant issues, has a good network of handyman/vendors, and a down to earth common sense approach to managing properties. He even went to court with me to help settle a landlord/tenant dispute and I cannot thank him enough for his attention to detail and treating our property as if it is his own. Robert handled the sale of our home, and we were extremely impressed with his expertise, his follow-through, and the high quality of his marketing skills.
He gave us excellent advise on showcasing our home, and with the many photos and description of our home on the website, we had 11 offers within two days. When the first offer fell through because the buyer received a lay-off notice, Robert sprang into action and promptly had another offer for us to sign. He negotiated a deal that allowed us to stay in our home rent-free until escrow closed on our new out-of-state home. He has exceptional people skills, displaying professionalism and respect in his interactions with clients, prospective buyers, and real estate agents. I strongly recommend Robert and Legends Property Management to anyone who needs someone to manage their property, or anyone who wants to sell, rent, or purchase a home.

This was my first experience at using a property management company and I must say I was a little skeptical during the beginning part of the process. Â Robert educated me about the process and ensured there was a smooth transition with the new renter considering we were closing escrow on our new home. Robert contacted my business for tree work to be completed. I contacted the tenants of the house where work was to be performed, set up a time to write up a quote, and had a response from Robert quickly with the go ahead. We completed the work within the following week and our payment was received within days of completion. It was awesome dealing with a professional management company that is not only organized but friendly, and receiving the check so quick was the cherry on top.
