At first their was a slight hiccup and we were made aware that the car we booked had "mechanical" difficulties. We spoke w Darren and even though our limo was an hour late for pick up- it showed up clean and ready to go. The driver was good and took his time as we requested. Though not eager to drive where we asked- he did it anyway and made the experience nice. Overall clean car and would recommend them bc they cared how we felt about the hiccups and really went out of their way to make amends. Good job legend see you again! More...

Just used Legends Limo for our wedding and they did such a fantastic job. The 30 person party bus was awesome! Our driver was professional and so nice! I rented a limo to bring myself and my friends into the city for a night out. Nikki organized it for me and did an awesome job. They confirmed the day prior and the limo showed up prompt and was gorgeous. It was clean and stocked with beverages. It was spacious enough for all of us! The driver Steve was very professional and took pictures for us, took us wherever we wanted - perfect night. I would highly recommend Legend Limousines and I will use them for any special events. We used your services last week and had an excellent experience. My mother and I took my 3 daughters to NYC and a car picked us up at Newark airport and drove us to the city. The driver was extremely friendly and the car was very clean. We had 3 car seats that were all in great condition. Our return trip was just as great. I mistakenly left something in the car when we were dropped off at the airport, the office was able to contact the driver and he was back at the airport in no more than 10 minutes. I booked Legend Limousines for my friend's bachelorette party, which was a wine tour on the North Fork this past Saturday, July 8, for a total of 14 people. Booking was extremely easy and the price per person was very reasonable. We even had the flexibility to include a lunch stop on the tour, which I handled the reservation for. The Special Events Manager, Nicole, who booked all of the tastings, even changed one of the reservations to another vineyard after she went to one of our original stops and experienced poor service and didn't want my group to experience the same thing. I thought that was really thoughtful! On the day of the tour, our driver, Sal, showed up early and the limo was very nice and clean. We want to thank everyone at Legend, especially Bobby for making my parents trip so easy and comfortable! My father had to have surgery at Sloan Kettering and did not want to inconvenience anyone to drive him in and pick him up. Not only did legend provide comfort and ease to their trip but they were so understanding and flexible with picking up my parents post-op. This is the second time I used Legend and had a great experience (first was for guest transport at my wedding and the most recent was for my 25th Birthday). For the most recent Birthday, we had the Black 20 Passenger Limo Bus which was a perfect fit for a night of local fun. Driver was on time, courteous, and accommodating all night. We all got home safely and they accommodated our multiple drop-offs like we asked. The only tiny negative I could say is that it was a little pricey (compared to other quotes I received), but I choose Legend anyway because I know I was guaranteed good service and quality. I wish the prices of Limos weren't always at par with Wedding prices.

I highly recommend Legend Limoousines. The 20 person bus arrived EARLY. The driver, Jay, was professional and continuosly went above and beyond. While out east at the vineyards, we were in need of an AUX Cord. While at the vineyard, without our knowledge, Jay went out to get an AUX cord for us to use. What a wonderful experience we had with Legends Party Bus. Professional & polite staff (Thank you Willy & Derrick), on time service and a great comfortable transport of 38 people to Yankee Stadium in the pouring rain! Best experience for renting a limo. Amy is friendly and helpful with all you questions. I rented the Bentley for my sons prom. Car was spotless and driver was Very friendly. Felt safe sending my son out for the night. The car was a little late due to an accident on the highway. NOT Legends fault and out of there control. We live on Long Island and it happens. I utilized Legend Limo on 4 separate occasions over the past few months. We used Legend for my wife’s bachelorette party in a Sprinter Limo Van, for our wedding day in a 20 person Escalade Limo, for our post reception pick up, and for an airport transfer to our honeymoon. Pricing is on par with all the other limo companies, in fact they may be a bit cheaper. More importantly, they were very reliable and professional in every one of the four interactions I had with their drivers. The drivers were early each and every time, including our 4:30 am airport pickup! Legend showed me a lot about the integrity of their business as well. We searched a million different limo companies and We are very pleased to have used legend limos. We booked the custom escalade, 10 passenger limo, and the Rolls Royce. Most transportation vendors that I emailed wouldn't email me pricing. They only wanted to talk on the phone. That was aggravating considering I have 4 kids and a full time job and everything else in between. But, Nicole on Legend Limos emailed me back and forth until she was probably sick of me. I asked her a million different questions with a million different scenarios, and she answered me back every time in a timely fashion with pricing. She made it so much easier for me to know all my options whenever I asked. She is the reason I chose Legend Limos. Aside from that, the pricing was great too. We used Legend Limos for our wedding day and we were extremely pleased with the service!!! We booked a 20 passenger Cadillac Escalade which was brand new and in immaculate condition. Our bridal party was extremely pleased. We also booked a 1938 Cadillac, to escort my dad and I to the church and then my husband and me after the church. It was really sweet to have a classic car driving us around, and it was nice to have some alone time on our special day. We booked with Legend Limo off a recommendation list from my venue. I do not regret doing that at all. They were affordable the Party Bus & 1955 Rolls Royce were both clean, sparkly and perfect. They picked up the groom & boys early, arriving to my pickup location early as well. Zee (girl) was driving the party bus and was just amazing, she took care of everyone and was just great. George was the Rolls driver and was funny, accommodating, we took the "long" way to the church because we were so early and were able to wave, honk and have a great time with everyone. George helped the church with getting everyone in line, fluffed my dress whenever it was needed. We were blown away with the service provided by Legend Limosines! They were almost an hour early to pick up my husband and his family/bridal party, joked around with them to dispel some of the nerves, and then turned around and did the same for me. We had our pictures on a dead end road but there was no hesitation or concern on their part, they were perfectly professional and completely safe in operation of the (gorgeous) vehicle, one less detail for us to worry about. The options we had to choose from were extensive, and we were guided to make a comfortable decision for our whole wedding party - no one was squished and sweaty headed to the reception!
