We had Kristi out today to help is train our dog Jolene! Let me tell you that girl knows her stuff!! She is a wealth of knowledge! ! We were in a bit of a time crunch as we are leaving for vacation for a month and she dropped everything to get to us before we leave! She provided us with "how-to" videos so we can stay on track throughout our very long road trip! Excellent service and I am very grateful for the help!! Thank you, Kristi!! More...

My son and his puppy just finished there first six week training class and I can not say how thankful I am to legend acres and there team. Even in a group setting they took time to work with individuals and there dogs. They talked about there own experience to when training and took the time to help everyone individual when needed. They guide you in what you need to know and help you with any troubles you are having. My son came home with his award for passing his class with the biggest smile on his face and a since of accomplishment. Thank you legend acres for guiding my son. More...

Taking this course. From the start the staff makes and your baby feel welcome. The classes are full of information that is knowledgeable even if you’ve had dog before and think you have training down. I’m in week 5 and I have always owned a dog and doing commands like I am learning. I’ve learned something new and or easier way to train. Got to do an awesome doggie door training session with Kristi from Legend Acres today. Prior to the training my dogs were terrified of the doggie door. Apparently you aren’t supposed to just push them out it and expect them to come back in. In less than an hour Kristi helped my dogs get more comfortable with the door and even got my large labradoodle to stick his nose out. I’m excited to work some more with them and watch them go in and out soon! Her customer service is great and it’s obvious she understands animal psychology! Apparently diamonds are not forever! Purchased a ring 2 years ago the diamond fell out I have had all the inspections done and they are charging me 300+ to fix said ring

I came in on a Sunday. The entire staff is patient & knowledgeable. I have low vision so it took extra time. They all listened to my desires and helped me select the perfect Ring for me. Thank you to Assoc Chelsea & Assistant Manager Marni. All night I had second thoughts because my last ring had bagets & I really wanted a few. So... I came back on Monday morning. The Manager (I forgot her name) said they did not send out my ring yet for sizing & she helped me select an enhancer which had the stones I wanted. It was me and my fiances first time shopping at Kay and we were both extremely excited to pick out our wedding rings. We picked out both of them the same day, and i was the lucky one whos ring they had available in store, but for his they didnt have the right size. We were being helped the whole time by the manager (lady 1) and she was the one who helped us size his ring and figure out the fastest way to have his order come in. We were about to be headed on a long vacation in about 8 days and wanted to have the ring before we left. She assured us that ordering from the manufacturer would be the best option. It would take one week to come with a rush (instead of the "normal" two weeks) so we had her order it and she let us take home a bigger ring with a sizer on it. One week goes by and I dont hear anything. I call 6 times and each time no one answers (and they dont have a voicemail set up) the next day i finally get someone on the phone and they say that it isnt there yet due to the pass being closed. Two weeks go by, i dont hear anything. I decide to give them some extra time since we were already on vacation. Three weeks go by and still not a word. I call again and this time I am told that there is no order under my name (that it was never placed) I walked her (lady 2) through what the origional lady had told me, she then started to get confused as to why the manager was going to send it to the manufacturer since that normally takes 3 months if not longer (which she should know). Me and her figure out what the best option is now that everything is messed up. She puts my order in and tells me it will be two weeks. Two weeks go by and I hear nothing. I call and they tell me its not ready. Two more weeks go by and I finally recieve a call that its in the store. I call the next day to verify its there and go to pick it up (which is 2 hours away) I get to the store and try to explain to them the situation and tell them the name of the order. The lady (lady 3) at the front cannot find the order under my name and as I am trying to explain the situatuon she rolls her eyes and interupts me telling me that theres no order under that name. She keeps looking and eventually asks someone else, they also cannot find it. Finally they find someone who knows where it is. I am happy to say that after all that time and stress we have his ring. However when I go into a store and spend thousands of dollars you would expect them to be able to keep track of what you purchased and how long it will take to get to you. And if they are wrong and it takes longer to call and inform you. More...

Poor customer service we were not even acknowledged for over 8 minutes. Staff had a very visible bad attitude. Counters were dirty and store was hard to walk through. Worst customer experience we have ever received from kay jeweler. We bought at another jewelry store instead of kay and we have been a kay customer for 28 years.Extremely disappointing recommendation with this staff is to shop elsewhere. More...

I have been seeing Emily Chang regularly for acupuncture and have really enjoyed her services. She is personable and welcoming, and it is obvious that she really cares about her patients. The Advanced Health Center rooms are very relaxing and the staff is always helpful. I had never gotten acupuncture before coming here and was nervous, but Chang eased my worries and has made the whole process really easy and even fun. I would definitely recommend The Advanced Health Center, especially Dr. Chang, if you are looking to begin Acupuncture treatments. More...

I moved to Arlington from a different state where I had been receiving acupuncture for over a year. I went to Advanced Health because they looked very professional and they ARE! Emily Chang was able to pick up right where I had left off and got my health back on track. She is so sweet and you can tell she is very knowledgeable about what she does. Highly recommended! Very reasonably priced and accommodating with customer work hours. Place was left with no trace of them being there, no mess or dust at all. When the work didn't solve the leak they were back round within a couple of days to have another look. The guys were happy to clamber through the very awkward space into the loft and fixed the problem the same day. Would happily recommend and will use again for any future jobs. More...

Loved how easy it was to board my dogs there! I could tell they were happy and well taken care of and the staff was so sweet when I called to check up on my fur babies while we were apart! Definitely my go to for boarding!
