An excellent facility with all of the best equipment for performance training. The space is clean and impressive; the atmosphere is fun. Knowledgeable, friendly, expert trainers. Bryan Blackstone (the owner and my trainer) has pushed me to perform better than ever while helping to eliminate the pain I was previously experiencing. The in-house nutrition is top notch. Living in East Liberty, the location is convenient and easy. I cannot recommend this gym and this crew more. More...
