My family rented the Party Room for Top Golf and Axe Throwing. We were supposed to be allotted 15 mins prior to our start time (7pm) to set up for my sister's birthday party. We did not get back there until 7pm. The employees were playing the entire time or while we were eating. When we first arrived there were people we didn't know playing, multiple people came back and interrupted our private party to play games we rented because there are NO signs stating its being rented privately. The food was made prior to our arrival so it was cold and bland. Our private server disappeared and I spent half the night chasing things down that we needed - serving tongs, drinks, etc. While we had fun because we DO in fact LOVE Lefty's, it definitely wasn't worth roughly the $1,400 we paid for a private party. We were reimbursed for food but I don't think that was nearly enough. We practically paid for the employees to play for 2 hours. More...

we keep coming back to leftys because my son loves the arcade and bowling experience. But every time we bowl and want to eat at the lane it's such a disappointment. We were assigned a lane. We got to the lane to find it was a total mess. food was left from the lane before us. Being in the service industry myself I just cleaned it up and we started to bowl. we bowled for 30 minutes before my son complained about being so hungry so I went to the bar to ask if a server will be over. he said he would let someone know. no one came. I went to the bar after 45 minutes of bowling and no service still. We finally got a server ( we had 15 minutes left on our bowling time) we still hadn't gotten our food even after our bowling time was up. THATS OVER AN HOUR!! I was skeptical at first. Figured it would be just a bowling alley with food. OMG things have changed since I was at a bowling alley when I was younger. This place was amazing! Great place to bowl! The kids had a blast in the arcade. Do not recommend eating there. Your food will never arrive. If it does you probably didn’t get what you ordered anyway. 🤷♀️

One star review. Customer service is poor with a manager that was not friendly. They did not post times when laser tag is available, then when in line they then tell it is closed for a party.
