About

I'm Lee Hayden. I attended the Ohio State University for graduate studies in mathematics and nuclear physics. Had an early career as a nuclear physicist and later career working on various NASA projects ( helped write trajectory that put Man on the moon. I have acquired a lot of knowledge based on what it means to be human, how knowledge about reality helps in developing personal presence, self-confidence, self-esteem, and the path to a more meaningful joyful lifestyle. As a mentor, I help clients build a reality-based lifestyle using cognitive behavior therapy which is a scientific approach well-known for providing rapid and quality results. I believe honest expressions of feeling in a mutually trusting environment is essential. I have discovered that people may have high cognitive intelligence but low emotional intelligence. Using their cognitive intelligence (meta-cognition), they can grapple with issues involved with their emotional intelligence, social, intelligence, and moral intelligence. Much of the meaning in my life derives from seeing clients more successful in their life endeavors. It's knowing that I have influenced others that is powerful. I would be very pleased to work with you in our common endeavors.
