What do you love most about your job?
My passion is helping people. I love connecting with individuals and learning what brought our paths together. Helping someone reach their goal and being a part of their journey is so rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business in order to reach more individuals remotely than I was solely in person.

Yes I provide remote, hybrid and in person services. The online coaching is done through an app

Online coaching is a great way to keep clients and myself safe.
Service type
1. You will fill out the application form located on my website
2. Once I approve you I will send you the invite link and you can download the SUPERSET app for clients, make your account, and you'll fill out a customized on boarding form on your dashboard.
3. Then, I will create your personalized training program tailor made just for you 😉
4. You'll have regular weekly check ins documenting your progress
5. Any nutritional advice - macro advice, meal prep ideas 💡 I can help with aswell.
