Family coaching consist of open communication through the family members. Giving each individual the chance to speak and opening the discussion within the family. The coach will guide them into a healthy form of communication.

Using methods such as art and sand tray to understand the struggles coming from a younger child. Coaching through a form of fun such as utilizing a play themed interaction allowing the child to articulate in a way that they wouldn’t be able to put in words.

Involving the couple together in session while being guided to speak in a way that the other person will listen and respond accordingly. Going over past traumas and bringing them to a conclusion of how to communicate as a couple. Coaching the couple into what they truly want in a relationship and helping them remove what has been holding them back, limiting or sabotaging the relationship in the past.

Coaching through past traumas and PTSD episodes to move forward and learn to live in the present rather then in the past. Teaching how to handle certain triggers in life and come to a conclusion of relief.Coaching helps the individual/family identify their problems and breakthrough the patterns with new learned resources. New patterns can be formed and a new emotional state increases creativity, decisiveness and new found passion.
