I was a bit hesitant to begin coaching but the investment wildly surpassed all my expectations. Amy was made to be a coach -- she is intuitive, thoughtful, relatable, and a genius at asking the perfect question to get you thinking. We began coaching during a very hectic season for me, filled with a lot of decisions and changes, and she was the most pivotal and positive of forces. Amy's training for our team was beneficial as we learned how to understand the balconies and basements of all of our strengths. We learned how to utilize all of our top strengths to grow our businesses. The template of all of our team members' strengths demonstrating how they differ was helpful to know how to collaborate best with one another.
