We are using up to date health agency guidelines to be sure our procedures limit the spread of disease. These procedures include using EPA-approved cleaning agents to disinfect all high-touch areas and safety measures for all employees. As always, cleanliness and safety remain our top priority
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our maids are fully vaccinated. They remain wearing masks and gloves.
Regular Cleaning / Periodic Home Cleaning
Most of our clients choose our regular cleanings. These are a ‘standard’ cleaning and include cleaning countertops & surfaces, inside of the microwave and outside of kitchen appliances, dusting window frames & blinds, washing down bathrooms (toilet, tub, shower, vanity), vacuuming, mopping floors & more.
Weekly: Once a week cleaning. The perfect option for busy households with young kids and pets, busy working professionals, or elderly individuals who need assistance with basic chores.
Bi-weekly: Cleanings every two weeks. A great option for general upkeep for families or working professionals.
Monthly: Once a month cleaning, choose the day of the month that is most convenient for you & we will take care of the rest!
The initial visit typically takes longer as our maids will do a deep clean to get your home in good shape for the future cleanings. All first visits deserve extra care and we pay close attention to detail.
Deep Cleaning
Our Deep Cleanings are recommended to new clients who have never had a professional cleaning service before or have moved into a new home and would like to get their house in good shape before taking on Regular Service. These cleanings are more thorough than our Regular Cleanings, and include everything from top to bottom (fans, vents, lights, light fixtures) wiping baseboards, scrubbing down bathrooms, wiping down surfaces, countertops and more.
Deep cleaning is a more detailed cleaning, when the house is not cleaned well for a while, then the dirt accumulates and in deep cleaning we also clean all things like baseboards, doors, inside the window glass… The ideal is that the first cleaning is a deep cleaning, so that after the cleaning is maintained with a normal cleaning.
Move In / Move Out
If your home is empty and everything is moved out (or if you are moving into a new home), let Leal Cleaning help you get your house sparkling clean! Our Move in/Move Out Cleaning includes cleaning inside & outside of all cabinets & appliances and more.
