Hi, my name is Clint. I have been training for over 15 years with great success and have had a lot of fun doing this. This year is my fist year going to training clients full-time. After the military I spent 10 years work for a municipality and recently resigned to pursue my passion with helping people reach their fitness goals.

Services

Nutritional planning with weekly food logs.

Focus on different muscles groups with either free weights, machines, resistance bands, or body weight workouts.

This will be more like a military style training routine with a lot of front, back, go, cherry pickers, planking, butterfly kicks, and mountain climbers. I will also implement treadmills, olipticals, or any other cardio machine the client has access too.
