After the military I spent 10 years work for a municipality and recently resigned to pursue my passion with helping people reach their fitness goals.

Strength training
Focus on different muscles groups with either free weights, machines, resistance bands, or body weight workouts.
Cardiovascular Training
This will be more like a military style training routine with a lot of front, back, go, cherry pickers, planking, butterfly kicks, and mountain climbers. I will also implement treadmills, olipticals, or any other cardio machine the client has access too.
