What do you love most about your job?
The results! I love it when a campaign we launch delivers on what it is supposed to do. Second to that, is stage where the client provides feedback on the proposal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have have wanted to run a creative firm since I was a teenager. I love the freedom of using my creativity to earn a living and at the same time, providing value to those I work for. It is a very satisfying experience to know that someone came to me for help in promoting their business and I was able to do this with my creativity, experience, and skill.

I have been a Marketing Manager/Director for over ten years. A large part of my work involved screening and hiring agencies, contractors, freelancers, and creative in-house talent. I always found myself feeling like I was either paying too much for what I got, or, like I was being deceived. I could never get a straight answer or the explanations for the results never seemed to make sense. In almost every case, when I ended up running a campaign myself, I would always get better results and for less money.
