Recurring Residential Cleaning
First Time Deep cleaning required before scheduled recurring cleans to get the home to a maintenance level.
Pricing:
-First Time Deep Clean: $45 per person per hour, operate in teams of 3-4 depending on the size and state of the home.
Time: Most mid-sized homes take an average of 3-6 hours to complete the first-time cleaning.
-Recurring Cleaning: Pricing is determined after the walk-through, priced by the room and frequency of cleaning.
Time: Approximately 2-3 hours for recurring cleanings.
Move In & Move Out Cleaning
Deep cleaning of your new or old home to get it move in or showing ready!
Pricing: $50 per person per hour, operate in teams of 3-4 cleaners depending on the size and state of the home.
Time: Most mid-size homes take an average of 4-8 hours to complete.
One Time Deep & Post-Construction Cleaning
One Time Deep Cleanings and Post Construction Cleanings are a one-time cleaning.
Pricing: $45 per person per hour, operate in teams of 3-4 depending on the size and state of the home. Add On's available.
