This place is amazing. I had virgin black hair and was looking for a stylist I could trust not to ruin it. When I called, the manager answered and was so sweet. I told her my needs- dark brown balliage on virgin black hair (away from my roots) and that I also observed a headscarf and needed a private area. She attended to it all- recommending my amazing stylist Veronica AND saying that could provide a private room. She gave me Veronica's contact and when I called, Veronica made me feel so secure and excited! When I got to my appointment on time, Veronica was already waiting for me at the main desk. She was as sweet and helpful as could be- answering all my questions and maintaining great conversation! The manager checked on me about 3 times to make sure I was comfortable! My results were better than I expected- Veronica used her expertise to give me great color and feel! She even cut my hair too which made it look even better! I am really pleased with my experience here. The salon was bright and clean, but very comfortable, and everyone was so nice. Veronica did my hair and she did an AMAZING job. I went from dark pink to light blonde and she did it all in one session with minimal damage to my hair from the process. Veronica was very professional but easy to talk to and really accommodating considering I made my appointment the day of. To top it all off- the price was incredible compared to some other places I have seen. I have been a customer for over 25 years. Ruthie does my nails and always has and Jean does my hair. I have really soft nails and always look professional when I leave the shop.  Ruthie does a GREAT job. Ana is awesome! I've come to her three times in the past month now. She did balayage and an updo for me. Highly recommend. She is very skilled and also very nice. I am having her do my hair for my wedding day and I wanted my trial run for my bridal shower. She came in when she was off to my hair and she showed me how she'd do my hair for my wedding and then changed it for my shower! I would've been fine with having the same hair for both days lol but she said it should be different and I thought that was very sweet. If you come here ask for Ana! I am going to have to say, Im definitely not use to getting my hair cut at a salon but I had an awesome experience here I came in the service was excellent. I was highly recommended to a stylist by the name of Carla , and I'm not going to lie I was a bit nervous since I'm am use to getting my chopped at a barber shop. But man this stylist was really nice and gave me a really nice cut. I would have to say I will definitely be coming back she gave me a really nice taper cut which rivals my regular barber skills. Not to mention it's definitely a nice change of pace from normally having my head manhandled by my barber. I am amazed at my new balayage hair... this was my first time getting my hair done in many years and I love it so much. My hair looks natural and healthy. Ana is amazing, friendly and super talented. She made sure I was comfortable and overall happy with my results. I am being honest when I say my hair is the best it's ever been. The place is nice and so are all the people there. I am very disappointed with this place. Apparently they are recently under new ownership and the new owner will not honor a gift certificate I won from a raffle from my son's preschool fundraiser. Since it was authorized by the receptionist who no longer works there, they are not willing to accept it. Very disappointed and not a smart way to get future clients.UPDATE: I was just contacted by the owner who said it was a miscommunication and was very nice and willing to accept the gift certificate. Anna is hands down amazing . She made my hair look perfect for my cousins wedding. She added my extensions also and wasn't noticeable at all . She did a perfect ponytail with curls .
