The virtual design consultations are great for anyone. These services are a fantastic option for someone who is looking for a professional opinion on any space and would particularly like to execute the design plan on their own.

STEP 1 : PROJECT GOALS & BRAINSTORMING
You will be provided with a questionnaire regarding your goals and scope of work. We will then review your project goals via email or a video (Zoom) platform. Discussions will take place regarding your inspirational photos, mementos, Pinterest pages and collages. A secondary questionnaire might be required covering fabrics, color palettes, and furnishing preferences. This prep-work, will allow us to identify the feeling or persona you are trying to evoke in this space, while capturing your personality. Lastly, we will discuss timeline and budget as they are pertinent to any successful project.

STEP 2 : CLIENT PARTICIPATION – SPACE MEASURING
We ask that you measure your space and create a hand sketch to include wall measurements, ceiling heights and windows. Provide us with photos (room perspectives and elevation views will be required) this will allow for sound decision making. Consider items for repurposing as well as items to be removed from the space.

STEP 3 : LE CHATEAU’S DELIVERABLES
With this service the client will receive:
Scaled Floor Plan
Mood Boards
Procurement Furnishing
Rendered Perspective (drawings are available at an extra charge)

STEP 4: CLIENT INSTALL
This is the time you have been waiting for! Per the procurement list, the recommended items can be purchased. Once everything is received, you can curate the room! Submit pictures of the room for a final virtual walk-through.


Lastly we have the New Construction- Interior/ Commercial Architectural Services. If you are building your dream home or designing a tenant improvement alongside an Architect and desire design services to complete your vision, we would love to assist you with the Interior Architectural design process. We understand many people are not aware of the process that goes on during the initial Programming Phase all the way through the Construction Administration phase. We (as your liaison) enjoy the collaborative design process with Builders, Architects, Vendors, and Contractors. Our goal is that your vision comes to reality with our trusted process.
