Le Bouquet did my daughter’s wedding last August in Chicago. I’ll be sharing pictures soon… AMAZING! Absolutely stunning arrangements, bridal, groom and attendants flowers… and the church and reception centerpieces and flowers…Perfection! Halina and her team were very easy to work with. Professional, warm and their attention to detail… from our first meeting to the grand reception at the InterContinental Hotel.. everything was exactly how we envisioned…we knew from our first meeting that this was the team to do our flowers and we never worried after that meeting.. great communication always.. could not recommend this fabulous florist enough.. you will not be disappointed! I ordered an arrangement for a close family members funeral services, I was told the arrangement with the Cala Lilly’s and light pink roses (which I picked from their website) was totally do-able and if I raised my budget to $150 I would get exactly what I wanted. Needless to say, by the photos you can see it is completely opposite of what I ordered. I have reached out through email and even called and left my name and number once again and I was never called back to figure out a solution for the failed and embarrassing arrangement I received. I had absolutely NO problem raising my budget but when the services are not rendered as they were agreed upon, it is truly upsetting. I cannot believe Le Bouquet was proud to deliver an arrangement that looked like the one I received. If I were the owner, I definitely would not want my business’ name on anything like this. More...
