Lacey took (& takes) the time to assess my lifestyle, eating habits, any physical limitations, & of course my goals before putting together my personal fitness plan. The Best trainer I have ever had and will still keep having. Lacey is one of the unique trainers who doesn’t force an exercise to be done in a specific way and instead she makes the necessary adjustments based on our body and physique and any injuries we have and those adjustments help us so good and gives us great satisfaction. She is also a very good in aligning with psychology of her clients and specially me. Some of exercises she gave me to reduce stress has helped me in my personal life and it also helps me in being successful at my work. She also gives great stretch exercises which helps my body to engage more during exercise and relieve muscle tension after exercise. Before meeting Lacey I was very nervous to do pull ups, dead lifts and bench press and now because of all the minor adjustments and muscle strengthening exercises I got from her and techniques with these, my go to exercises in gym are these three and I now feel very happy and satisfied while working out rather than just staring at strangers doing the workouts you would love to do but have a fear. Overall I would discribe Lacey as a Lifestyle Coach as her techniques help us in daily walk of life aand at gym as this can’t be done my many gym trainers who is only focused on the hour training and not how your body responds to any exercise. With a lot of service done online, that barrier is a safety measure.
