We were stoked to give this place a try. What a great addition to the growing barbecue scene in Williamson county. The Brisket exceeded expectations. It was moist, seasoned & smoked to perfection bringing out that beautiful smoke ring, and delicious bark. The burnt ends tossed in peach bbq sauce were phenomenal. The sausage paired with Lazy Gs spicy mustard sauce was a definite hit! Next time we’ll get there a little earlier to try the ribs, turkey and brisket Mac n’ cheese. I have been following Lazy G BBQ on Facebook for a while now but had never eaten there. Today after church my wife and I decided to go. My wife ordered the hamburger made from brisket trimmings and I ordered the burnt ends. The food was absolutely delicious. The hamburger was cooked perfectly and you could definitely taste the smoked brisket. I would definitely order this again and again. The burnt ends were great. The smoked BBQ flavor was awesome and they were very moist with crispy edges. Everything you could want in burnt ends. The food truck is on the property of a church along the road and sits on a beautiful grassy tree lined area with a couple of picnic tables. This is a great setting. Highly recommend Lazy G BBQ. Seriously the best BBQ I’ve ever had. The pulled pork was amazing, the beans had such a great flavor with a nice little kick, and the potato salad was perfection. I already can’t wait to have more!

Lazy G BBQ Company makes flat out delicious food. They have just added a food truck in addition to catering so you can really get your BBQ fix in.
