I have been in the states since 1990, Sarah is the best attorney I have came across so far.       She assisted my relative with an immigration matter. She was very prompt, diligent  and professional in collecting info for the matter and in communicating with my relative and me. But when my relative decided to give up such immigration pursuit, Sarah not only forgave my relative the remaining 40% contract commitment, but she also refunded my relative 20 % of the 60 % retainer fee, based on the actual hours she worked on the case, releasing my relative from the full contract obligation and only charging partial obligation.       On a  similar note, when my relative told me she wanted to cancel the contract (giving up the pursuit), I actually told my relative to prepare to pay the remaining 40% as she has already signed the contract committing to pay the entire agreed amount in full.        I think Sarah is a great attorney with impeccable integrity, and professionalism, based on how she handled my relative's matter.  I highly  recommend Sarah X. I contacted Sarah for a weird case where my immigration status could have been at stake. Before contacting Sarah, I had reached out to multiple attorneys, but none of them could provide me with any creative solution to my problem. Sarah was the first one to suggest that she had an innovative idea about my case. She listened to me very carefully, logged all relevant information, painfully parsed through all the evidence I had, and then represented them in a way that was true to the incidents but also enforced my position. She also acted on the evidence quite promptly, relieving me of all the anxieties that I had to prepare my case in a time-sensitive manner. Lawyer Mu is very professional and very efficient. We appreciated to her strong support to help us to get H-1B approved in an almost impossible tight time. <br>That was the first time we found a good candidate who needs H-1B, then we realized that only 10 days left for the application. If we cannot make it <br> this year we have to wait for one more year. We tried to contact several lawyers and most of them were hesitated due to tight time. Mu explained clearly to us about the whole process and told us what the critical things are and what the possible risks are. The critical path is that job position should pass LCA verification first and then USCIS suitcase, which normally takes 5-7 days without guarantee, excluding the case that authority requires supplement material. When we were worrying about that, Mu brought us confidence and helped us prepare for documents in a few days. The result is a success. No supplement required for LCA, everything well prepared and the application arrived USCIS on time for H1B suitcase. Fortunately, the case was selected from the pool. Even more amazing, after a short period we informed the beneficiary was selected, H1B approved. No RFE. Nothing to worry about. My wife and I met with a few different immigration attorneys before we decided to retain Sarah, and we are so glad that we made that decision. Sarah helped us through every step of the immigration process. She is truly bilingual in that she can speak and write well in both Chinese and English. This was very important to me because I wanted her to be able to communicate with my wife. She advised us of all of the laws and how they applied to my wife's particular case. She made sure that all of our documents were filed properly. She referred us to a certified Chinese/English Interpreter who was able to help us translate all of my wife's documents. Sarah prepared us very well for our hearing with DHS. Both Sarah and the Interpreter accompanied my wife and I to our hearing, and it made us very comfortable in the meeting. Shortly after our interview with DHS, my wife received her Greencard and we were able to apply for her Social Secutity card, which we recieved.
