Wow! Where do I begin. My world was destroyed of 22 years of life, love, and family. I was fooled by my own Dr. of 20 years and my wife of 22 years. I retained Mr. Mubasher as my attorney for a difficult criminal defense case. He was very thoughtful in his approach with dealing with this case and was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to lower the charges significantly compared to what was initially offered by the public defender. Aside from handling all legal matters on my behalf, Nathan was extremely attentive and resourceful by providing plenty of information and feedback on the many questions I had for him. I work in the cryptocurrency industry. One of the projects I was working on appeared to be misleading investors, so I chose to publish a blog post with my observations - which meant I revealed confidential information to the public. The project's leaders chose to send a Cease and Desist to me with threats of lawsuits and litigation. They wanted to squash my first amendment rights to inform investors about the situation. I hired Nathan to defend my rights, as he has knowledge about blockchain, cryptocurrency, and litigation - all three of which I needed for a strong defense. He did an excellent job negotiating with the opposing counsel. He requested several pieces of information from me, which I provided, and was able to show that my side of the negotiation table was willing to work through the issue whereas the other side was not acting rationally. Unfortunately, the other party chose to stop negotiating with our side - but only after Nathan proved to them that I have my rights and I have all the documentation to back up my claims. While the negotiations have stopped, Nathan is committed to defending my rights and me in the event that the project chooses to chase after me again. Last night I spent many hours looking for a competent attorney. Out of several I selected Mr. Nathan Mubasher using my instinct, and iintuition. Today I called him, and he asked me to email him my documents for review. A couple of hours later he called me, and discussed the issue regarding my case.
