I dont feel like a victim anymore. Joseph Bosco is the man you want in your corner! My face was badly burned by a nail salon waxing service. I was in pain and out of work for several days, feeling like a victim with no course of action. I sent photos of my injuries to Mr. Bosco. He called me immediately, and that same morning, drove from his office in Boyton Beach to meet with me at my local coffee shop. Mr. Bosco treated me like family. He assured me that these burns were NOT my fault and that I DID have a legal course of action to take. He assured me I would have NO upfront costs, and that he would represent me to the fullest. You will not find better legal counsel anywhere. Over the years I have retained many attorneys for corporate work, real estate, personal injury and criminal issues but none can hold candle to the expertise and demeanor of Joe Bosco. Recently a family member found himself to be in extreme legal jeopardy with false charges being brought against him. The initial charge was a felony and could have resulted in jail time. Within days, Joe had consulted with the States Attorney’s Office and the charge was reduced to a Misdemeanor. Much to our relief, when in court it became very apparent that Joe was highly respected by the Prosecuting Attorney and the Judge as well. Working with an animal welfare group, I rescued a dog from a rough section of Miami. I thought the dog was without an owner, or an owner who didn’t care. Long story short, he was someone’s dog, they were pissed, and they wanted him back. The situation rose to the level that I was being threatened with a charge of grand theft. Mr Bosco, quickly and effectively stepped in on my behalf; and negotiated the dogs return. I can’t imagine the situation could have been handled any more professionally.
