I was referred to Geoff Wiggs by The Bay Area Legal Aid Society in 2020, that gave me a list of three attorneys to choose from.  I prefer to believe I was divinely guided to choose Geoff over the other two, who, I'm sure, were very qualified.  Geoff was very welcoming and understood my situation immediately.  I had filed bankruptcy and received a discharge of all listed debt in 2011.  However, one of the listed creditors was granted a judicial lien against my property, which was my primary residence, a few weeks prior to the bankruptcy filing.  My bankruptcy attorney at the time failed to include the lien in the bankruptcy filing, thereby, allowing the creditor to pursue financial access to my property, if I attempted to sell or refinance.  Geoff explained the details of what was required to remove the lien, the probable outcomes and was very reassuring. Geoff communicated through emails and telephone promptly; he always answered the phone and replied to emails immediately.  I am so thankful that I met him.  He is a phenomenal attorney and a wonderful person.  I would recommend him to my mother and to my children, the most beloved of my life.
