We hired Randy and his team to assist in the purchase our first home. From the very beginning, whenever I had a question, Randy always made time to talk to me that day (even after business hours). He truly demonstrated his expertise and experience throughout the whole process, especially when serious issues were found after the inspection, and again during the final walk-through the day before closing. He was able to successfully negotiate with the sellers to have the issues fixed at their expense which saved us a ton of extra money in additional last-minute repairs.
