The US immigration system is complex, confusing, and often cruel. I work with my clients and their families to navigate the system and achieve your goals to live where you want to live. I believe that every person has the right to live where they choose, regardless of arbitrary borders, whether it be to live close to their families and loved ones, to pursue education or work opportunities, to escape persecution, or to follow their dreams, whatever they may be.

I have assisted people from every continent to immigrate to the United States. A leader in the immigration bar, I am recognized for my expertise and speak frequently on immigration, particularly family-based petitions, asylum, and issues affecting LGBTQ+ immigrants.

I view my relationship with clients as a partnership: My goal is not only to work tirelessly to prepare your case but also to ensure that you understand the process. In addition to my study of law and my experience in immigration, I have a degree in international affairs, I have worked in human rights and international development, and I have traveled to nearly 50 different countries.
