I really want to thank Dr Ezekiel for saving my marriage. My wife really treated me badly and left home for almost 3 month this got me sick and confused. I have to brag on the amazing customer service at Laura’s Cheesecake! I have eaten there many times before and the food is always wonderful! But this time I placed an order to go. When I got home I realized that the cheesecake Sampler I had ordered was not in the bag. I called the store and the staff member I spoke with was so apologetic and then a manager got on the phone and said they would be happy to deliver the rest of my order. I told them thank you but I lived about 30 miles away and didn’t expect them to deliver that far. He insisted they deliver the rest of my order and arrived shortly after. It is almost unheard of to find customer service like this today and I love that Laura’s not only has excellent food but an excellent staff and management that really go the extra mile to serve their customers. Just had a wonderful lunch at Laura’s. We are from the Houston area and saw a story on The Texas Bucket List about Laura’s. We are currently visiting the area and thought we would give it a try really glad we did. The food was excellent and we finished lunch with some cheesecake and it was AMAZING.
