Laura's coaching combines 4 exceptional areas of study, Divorce Coaching, Certified Positivity Coaching, Master Spiritual Life Coaching and EFT Technique. Through positivity coaching, she helps individuals overcome negativity and inspires more positivity into their lives. Using positive psychology strategies to bring clarity and direction because she believes clarity brings hope in moments of crisis. Also, with her support and guidance, she strives to improve their emotional well-being as they stretch their goals to rebuild their lives.

I am Laura Tolbert, a Certified Positivity Coach, Master Spirit Life Coach, (EFT) Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, Motivational Coach, Divorce Coach, CPS-P Certified Peer Specialist-Parent, Entrepreneur, Mother, Mentor, and Motivational Speaker. ​

Motivating and empowering humans is the primary purpose of my life, and I have been helping others my entire life. I love spending time with my friends and family, traveling to explore new places, growing spiritually, and spreading positive vibes. Being a certified positive coach and spiritual life coach, I strongly advocate for mental health in children and adults.​

As a Master Spiritual Life Coach, my holistic approach brings direction, clarity, and positive support to my clients (especially women). I strive to help my clients live their best life by building a bridge from where they are now to where they want to be, identifying the growth aspects, and clarifying goals.​

I am a professionally trained coach to help people find true happiness and the right direction. I have helped several people get back the control of their lives and discover their true potential. ​

I also work with several non-profit organizations and sit with the Board of Directors at The Changing the Cycle Foundation. Being out in the community to fill empty hangers and plates spiritually empowers me. I believe by working together, we can make a difference in the lives of the less fortunate in our communities.
