Laura is ah - ma - zing! We asked her to take our family photo in the beginning of October at Old Poway Park. Unfamiliar with area she took the time to scope out the venue which made the shoot very smooth (Especially, with two babies under 3. ) Her creative style never left a dull moment. Any ideas or suggestions we had she would take and build on. From a smooth photo shoot to the personalized delivery of the pictures, everything has been perfect. Using just her camera and wonderfully artistic eye, Laura was able to capture the essence of my two daughters in a way I never thought possible. The location she chose was unassuming and one we drove past many times...not realizing its beauty. The result-photographs that brought tears to my eyes! Laura did our maternity photos and i must say, we are speechless about her work! I met with her about 2 months prior to our shoot. She helped me pick a location that fit our style and she even went to the location prior to the shoot to pick her favorite spots. She made it a no brainer for us. All we had to do was show up! We had never done a photo shoot before so we were a little hesitant as to how it would be. We thought it would be so weird to have someone tell us to laugh! Laura made us so comfortable. We talked about how we met, we laughed at jokes and just had so much fun ! The laughing and smiles in all our pictures are real and felt from the heart because Laura just knew how to guide us and help us to relax. At 32 weeks pregnant I felt so huge and most days not the prettiest....I will say that on the day of our photo shoot I have never felt prettier in my life. Laura captured my belly bump in the most perfect way and our pictures will be ones we cherish forever ! Laura thank you for capturing our love for our baby and for each other. You do amazing work! Also- she even gives you a framed 8x10. She wrapped it up so nice and it was so special to get that from her. Her rates are unbeatable and gives you the rights to your photos- unlike any other photographer we interviewed. I cannot say enough great things about her and her work.
