Great service. I ordered a bouquet for the same day, and they made sure to order the flowers they didn't have in stock to accommodate the desired style. The flowers arrived the same day. The bouquet was sooo beautiful. I was told by the recipient that the flowers smelled really good too. They look so natural. I dont understand the reviews that talk about wilted flowers. These were beyond perfect. Just beautiful and they look better than the picture online. The shop has a very talented florist.I called the shop right after placing my order online. I always confirm things like that because I cant trust technology 100 percent. The woman on the phone was kind and professional and assured me they would arrive the same day, probably before 4:00 pm. I am so happy with them and the prices are very reasonable. BEST FLOWER SHOP. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. We recently got married and had Laguna Flowers do all of our floral arrangements. We couldn't be anymore happy with the outcome. They made our special day so perfect. They took their time at our consultation and made sure our flowers were the exact same as our colors we picked. All the flowers stood out so beautifully on our special day. Update Review (3/7/2018):The owner called me and was trying her best to accommodate my order. She offered to pick up the pot and exchange for one large succulent (4"). She also texted the picture so I could visualize the design. I decide to keep the original order.The reason I've changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars is that the shop owner took time and effort to make a customer know that she cares and tries her best to fix it! Thank you.Very disappointed!I ordered the "succulent beauty ", turned out it was a small pot with a couple of small cactus plans! Not like the picture online!!!I ve posted my review on Bloomnation as requested , but the site didn't really open for submissions! I will not return to this florist, the price I am willing to pay for ($79.99)not matched at all with the actual product! I had flowers delivered to my wife from this shop. The arrangement looked just like the photo from their website. The wife did comment about the lavender roses being a little brown, but we understand that those roses aren't a highly sought after item. Overall, I'm satisfied with the item I purchased on line. I came here on a Saturday afternoon for a last minute request for a corsage. I needed a corsage that night for my daughter's annual Father Daughter dance. I had two great experiences here. I went in to have some flowers sent to a sick business associate. They not only worked with me in creating something within my challenged budget, but had to deal with complicated apartment security issues on delivery that I was not aware of when i placed the order. They did so professionally and expeditiously. Consequently I used them when my sister passed away in august 2014. The standing spray I ordered with their guidance was larger and more beautiful than I thought it would be. Delivery was 30 min before the time it was due. I was so pleased.
