Best crab cake ever. They are a catering business and do festivals. This is only an office.

I recently ate at this food truck in Philadelphia, PA at the Made in America music festival. I had a crab cake slider and the shrimp and fries - and both were extremely delicious. The fries were cut very thin so I was nervous they would be too crispy, but they were perfect. The shrimp was salty but cooked extremely well. They were juicy and not chewy at all. Loved the food here. The lines were really long for this truck both days of the festival. I would definitely go back to this food truck if I encounter it again! I would also like to add that they handed out pagers that would light up when our orders were ready. Reading past reviews, their organization system was an issue - but in my recent experience, ordering and receiving my food was a seamless process. More...

Saw them at a festival this weekend. They had a long line. It was well worth the wait. The soft shell crab was the best I’ve ever tasted

Came to Detroit's Garlic Fest with their food truck. Honestly the best crab cakes I've ever had. Amazing hush puppies and crab soup. Wish they were here always! Loved it!!! More...

We have an annual event in Northern Virginia that these guys participate in. Â The food has always been tops. Â The prices are also reasonable for the generous portions you receive.

The lengthy menu features many typical seafood entrees like fish and chips, but since they seem emphatic about the crab cakes, I went that route. I also though rockfish was a good locavore-type choice. At the Atlantic City Seafood Festival, I waited around 40 minutes. A Yelp commenter and someone who worked there suggested that lines are usually even longer.I almost always like crab cakes but rarely find them spectacular. Faidley's is at the top of the pack thanks to its unusually high crab percentage. Laughing Crab has a very good one. Â I liked the rockfish sandwich. It had an appealingly light touch with the batter. This is where I will inevitably disappoint my readers with my dearth of seafood adjectives, but I enjoyed the taste; it wasn't just your run-of-the-mill inoffensive plainish-type fish. It tastes a little like catfish which doesn't make sense scientifically. So I'd welcome constructive criticism from veteran rockfish reviewers. More...
