So much fun for the kids and myself! Went on Black Friday so not only was it 30% off but not packed at all. All of the staff were friendly but shout out to Wanye, Kara and Mr. Francis! My son had an amazing birthday party here! We had an incredible host and the kids had a ball. They have very reasonably priced birthday packages. This place rocks!!! My family came to visit from out of town we needed to find something that could entertain all ages from toddlers to teenagers, and this place was that plus more! The adults and kids was able to share great memories together with the amazing laser tag and skating rink. We celebrated a birthday the service was excellent and well organized. Every last one of the staff was so friendly and went out their way to make the experience so amazing. Highly recommended great people great place!! Last but not least, my husband lost his wallet which he felt like he lost it all we prayed that it would turn up went to this place the following day spoke with Mr. Frances we want to thank him from the bottom of our hearts he went above and beyond to find and return it to us we are forever grateful!! I decided to have my daughter's 9th birthday party here despite the reviews and me not ever stepping foot in this place beforehand. The young lady who checked me in was great. She explained everyhting to me that was in my party package and gave a tour as we walked in. All the rides were working and toddlers in my party had a blast. The host was great. The food was so so to adults but the kids enjoyed. The DJ was doing his thing. I liked the fact I could do atleast a few things with them (rides). The party was on a holiday weekend so it wasnt many parties or people that day which was perfect. Just make sure your ready to pay before you enter ( unlike some places they wait until food is ordered and all guest arrive for you to pay any addons along with your final bill) and they do not have atm on site. Overall we will visit again. Oh and my kid was given some free passes to come back within 30 days and a LOL cup. More...

I found this place on Groupon and my kids liked it but didn't love it. The kids were on a Christmas break so Six Flags wasn't open and I didn't want to keep taking them to Dave & Buster's, so I decided to take them here since it was new to us. My sister told me that she didn't really like it here, but I'm an optimistic person and can make lemons out of lemonade so I decided to still go. I personally like this place because anything that can keep the kids busy is good in my eyes, but it wasn't amazing. The staff here was very friendly and nice, but after an hour the kids rode mostly every ride because there wasn't that many, but unlike Dave and Buster's, or Six Flags they didn't really complain or ask could we go on a couple of more rides when I told them that it was time to go. This place is forgettable but it isn't terrible. I still will recommend this place but if they added more rides or even arcade machines, I would go back. More...
