A cozy little taste of Caribbean cuisine right on rt 9. The ambiance is inviting. The food is as fresh and well prepared. There are Dominoes on every table that keep you entertained while the chef prepares your meal. Would highly recommend.

The food and atmosphere was amazing!!! i went twice in one day , first took the kids all teenagers and they loved it especially there Cubano sandwich . .. At night me and my husband went he had the mofongo with shrimp in sauce terrific-taste and spices!!! while we waited we had appetizers bacalaito and alcapurrias while playing Dominos just like being back in the Island !!! we love you could BYOB so it was perfect! I was having a party Saturday night, 2/9/19 and wanted to get some Empanada Guy treats so I drove up the road from my house in Old Bridge on 516 to the spot. What do I find? Latin Bites. Ok. I go up to the window and I meet Melonie. I ask her if the food is as good as the other “Guy” and she says, “To be honest I think it’s better because they’re more stuffed and delicious”. I think, ok, what do I have to lose. You know what? She was right. And she took great care to make sure that my larger than usual order was taken care of right there at the truck at my convenience and for that I will always be a fan and customer of Latin Bites. atmosphere is pleasant, food was delicious, lighting appropriate for the occasion, while waiting they have this cool sets of small dominoes to practice your best skills of dominoes guanabana shake super good empanadas are a most try staff were very friendly no alcohol at premises but you could bring your own bottle I'll definitely recommend this place is a taste of Puerto Rico

Unbelievably incredible food and service! I’m extremely impressed. I’m glad I found this bc of another highly recommended post on my town page. I’m hard to please when it comes to Cuban food. Being from the Union City area (2nd Cuban capitol of the U.S. lol), my kids and ex being Cuban and my ex being a chef so growing up in kitchens I’m definitely hard to please.
