I don't know why this place is rated 3.5 only. I've been going here for a few months and I've never had a bad experience. The shop is clean, the staff is accommodating .I prefer Mary but I've gone to other lash technicians and they've all been relatively nice and easy to work with. Some do like to do a more "glamorous" look and will go with longer lashes when I ask for a more subdued, natural look, but nothing outrageous. Â They now use a smaller gage lash extension which looks really natural and soft. I frequently get compliments on my lashes and how natural they look. Mary just really gets my vibe and the look I'm after...The price point is also a huge positive. Their services are affordable and reasonable as compared to other chain lash shops that I've had memberships with....I don't think you can find a better deal. Â If there is, I certainly haven't seen it. Â Do share if you know of one though! Lastly, I see the complaints about the language thing...I totally get it but I personally don't care. Always super happy with my lashes! I've been coming here for months and never disappointed. Worked with Marina this time and she was great but Suzie and Lucina also really good, I definitely recommend this spot for their lashes, you won't be disappointed!!

I've been seeing Suzy here for the past 6 months or so. I love my lashes every single time, Suzy never disappoints! She is very knowledgeable, has no problem advising you on what lashes are best for you and gives great advice on how to make your fills last longer. She listens to any concerns I have and takes her time with each fill. I've had nothing but great experiences during each of my visits here. I've also recently tried Nina while Suzy was out of town, and she did a great job as well! Everyone from the receptionist to Anna are all very sweet and welcoming. And it's great to see Anna around the studio from to time, complementing your lashes and making sure everything is to your liking. I've recommended this studio to all of my friends. Love love love. After having terrible experiences in places far from home I found this place so close to home and in a price range I can afford to actually continue to come here . My lashes last at least 3 weeks but always look good and full , never have been more satisfied! ALSO the strips they put under your eye might cause irritation, but should be gone in a couple days.
