I cannot stop obsessing over my eyelashes! I had a simple lash lift and it made a HUGE difference and gave my lashes all of the life they needed. Literally cuts my eyelash routine by half! The place was so clean and safe, and as a nurse it was so important to see that, and know that these ladies are being so responsible while helping other ladies accentuate their beauty during this tough time! I loved the chairs, they were really comfortable and better than sitting upright in a backless chair like at another place I go to. The decor was also really cute and the place was spotless. I love Lash Bar so, so much. The beds are so comfy and the quality of service is top notch. The entire experience is curated. The space is lovely but it's the service that makes this place standout. I've been getting lashes for 3 years and I have never had such personalized service. There are so many options and your artist will make sure you choose the right lashes for the look you desire. I think it's about time to review this place. I had previously had a bad experience somewhere else, so when I came here, I had so many ideas and concerns and expectations. Corrine is literally the sweetest person ever. She just sat with me and showed me examples, gave me a suggestion, but I still went with what I had originally wanted. So of course, the next time I went in, I told her I wanted something more bold than what I previously thought I wanted, so she gave me more bold. But I still wasn't feeling it on me. In all honesty, I booked an eyebrow wax at Lashbar, or so I thought. Â Turned out I accidentally booked an eyebrow threading instead, and let me tell you GAME CHANGER. Â I loved how clean and even my eyebrows looked. Portia did an amazing job making me feel comfortable with my first time eyebrow threading as well as welcoming me to Lashbar for the first time.The place itself and super convenient. I've been coming here as a member for the past few months. I love how natural these lash extensions look. I get so many compliments on my lashes, and most people are surprised to find out that they are extensions. I see Amber for my fills biweekly, and she's always warm and accommodates my requests each time. Depending on the type of extensions you want, each session takes roughly 1-1.5 hours. I usually chat with Amber for a bit and then doze off to a peaceful sleep under a warm, fuzzy blanket amidst relaxing background music. I recommend joining their membership program if you plan to keep up with the lashes (which I pretty much guarantee you will after you get them). Came here for a Lash Lift. The salon is really cute and clean; everyone who worked there greeted me and was very cordial. I was a new customer and they had the cutest lot sign with " ;Welcome Ebony" which was a really nice touch. Kiera, my technician, was extremely nice and very professional. The Lash Lift is not the most comfortable service but she kept my anxiety to a minimum. The service itself was AMAZING. I went in with the mindset of it would be a slight change but I can see my natural lashes from a distance on the mirror. I cannot believe the difference. I'm looking forward to my "redo" in January. This was my first time getting my lashes done. I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but I' d heard great things about the place. As soon as I stepped in, I was impressed with how clean, stylish, and modern the waiting area is. They made me feel comfortable and taken care of right away. I did a consultation with Kiara first and she told me what to expect and also helped me decide what lashes were best for my needs. The place was so clean and smelled good (but not overly fragrant) from the humidifiers. The tables are memory foam and comfortable. Kiara worked carefully and professionally. She made good decisions based on my actual eyelashes and adjusted to what was better for me as she got more information. Kiara did an excellent job and was meticulous, gentle, and efficient. I love this place and I'm so glad I found it. They offer you water or lychee champagne when you arrive and they make sure you are comfortable. I see Corrine for my lashes and she is masterful at her craft. Â I get compliments on my lashes all the time. I always feel beautiful after leaving the lashbar downtown. Just had my brows microbladed and I'm obsessed! Porctia did a fantastic job! I barely have any eyebrows and was worried that they would end up looking fake, so I had been putting off getting them done for a long time! When I finally decided to go for it, it took me awhile to even find someone that I would be able to trust! Porctia put all my concerns to rest, she took the time to explain everything and told me what to expect before, during and after! During my appointment she was so thorough and took her time to make sure everything was perfect!! She was also generous with that numbing cream, but the pain honestly wasn't that bad! I was on vacation, needed a fill and after checking Yelp, I was so pleased to find Lashbar. This location is an easy walk downtown and easy to find, right across the street from the library.
