Can't say enough good things about them! I've been to many different med-spas and dermatologists for laser hair removal over the years and there's always applied pressure to spend more and to try and upsell but the professionalism you'll find here makes you feel so welcome and in great hands! TBH, I had my best laser experience today at this place (I've been to other places as well). After trying two of their staff, I was getting really disappointed (I don't wanna mention any name or details), I read EVERY single review on this place both on Yelp and Google, and it really freaked me out that why I paid for 6 sessions for several areas of my body all at once. BUT after today's session with Hope, all I can say is: "Make sure you book your appointments with Hope" (I think she's the manager), she is fabulous! Super helpful and treats you like she actually cares about you. I'm not really a person that would give a 5 star review unless I see respect and care, and I wish I could give Hope a 10 star review! I cannot say enough how great my experience has been at Laser Me. Virginia has been phenomenal to work with and I am so pleased with my results. I had previous tattoo eyebrows that did not look good. All of my experiences have been excellent! Initially, I was hesitant, because I feared that the treatments would be too uncomfortable. Hope reassured me and took steps to ensure that I would be pain free - On top of that, my results exceeded my expectations! Because of excessive sun exposure, my skin tone looked uneven, the texture was rough, sun spots were increasing and darkening, and wrinkles were becoming more prevalent. The wonderful Laser Me team made recommendations but encouraged me to make decisions with which I felt comfortable (straight talk but no pressure which I appreciated!). I had a Liquid Gold facial and began using new products. The improvement in my skin made me so happy and thoroughly justified the cost. In fact, after seeing my results, I felt I should have started sooner! I can honestly say that I love Laser Me! They have been so very good to me! I started my laser hair removal process about a year ago and its been a lifesaver! What can I say? I hate shaving! Unfortunately for me it was facial hair. Ugh the WORST! BUT LASER ME IS THE BEST! They have really taken amazing care of me, as someone who is transgender and going through the process of change, it really touched my heart that they have been so careful and understanding to make me feel respected and appreciated! I have been going to Laser Me for over 2 years and have been very impressed by the staff and the service. I have gotten laser hair removal on my entire body, and have seen results that would be expected from any laser treatment. As anyone educated knows, it takes 6-12 sessions to get hair free, and it doesn't work on light hair, and I have seen exactly those results.
