Having a room with a fountain view was amaaaazing! It was my second trip after 27 years!! We made the most out of it. We had a photo shoot with Riccardo from Cashman photos at The Bellagio. The most amazing staff at O theater, we purchased our tickets a month ago and about a week ago my wife broke her ankle. This trip was our daughters Christmas gift so we were so scared about not getting to our seats because she is in a wheelchair. We told them at the front office and they said they would see what they can do…we got to the show and they had moved us to a VIP suite. 5 STARS and then some So today at the Bellagio gardens I witnessed an employee that works in the botanical gardens assist a tourist who became ill suddenly, he was so wonderful he jumped right into action, he notified the proper people and had medical on the way, but what impressed me the most was he stood there and held her hand never letting go comforting her and her family, he was amazing we need more people in the world like this and I hope that Bellagio recognize's him for his heroic action, I believe his name tag said Roberto possibly Alberto I'm pretty sure it was Roberto, it was quite something to watch nobody even realized anything was going on he had the whole situation under control even when a hire up showed up, thank you Bellagio for employing such wonderful people and seeing to your guest needs !
