Pompton plains location. My cat jumped on my gaming laptop and destroyed the screen. They didnt have the screen in stock but had it delivered next day and replaced inside of 10 mins, getting me on my way. I just finished picking my IPad Air 2 from this place after I used my Groupon to fix my cracked screen. It took about 4 days to be repaired but the Customer Service from this place was excellent after dealing with Stefan & Teddy. They text you & email you each step of the way also when it was ready for pickup they did the same thing as well. I highly recommend this place to repair screens for Apple devices. I took my I phone for repair and found Laptop MD very knowledgeable and efficient They diagnose the problem and call you before they do any work. They do not charge you for the diagnostic service. I met a gentleman Devon here, very kind and friendly. I had issues charging up my pc, Devon did a quick checkup and identified it as a loose contact. I needed my iPhone 6s screen replaced after I fell, and it cracked. The Geek Squad at Best Buy told me it would be 5-7 days to replace a screen. I called LaptopMD and they said it would take 15 minutes and $95. They didn’t have a screen in stock but expected a delivery shortly. They took my number, and called me back less than an hour later. Reviewing my experience on trying to get my 2010 MacBook Air fixed (won't turn on, no water damage). Diagnostic is free. Problem was unclear, possible corrosion. They offered a deep cleaning service, free of charge IF it doesn't fix the issue, $299 if it does. If the issue is not solved, they'd further investigate on possible motherboard issues and that's a different price. They wouldn't know the charge until then, of course. The Morristown store is in a great location, right on South Street. I brought in a desktop that had been dead for quite some time. They offered to do a free diagnostic, figured out exactly what the problem was, and gave a price that was far better than one of the big "chains". When they discovered my hard drive would not hold all of the data I needed, they even let me bring in my external hard drive and put all of the data onto that for me. I went in hoping to get data off of an old desktop for one price, and left with all of the data and a functioning desktop and for cheaper than I had originally hoped for. Highly recommend! More...

Wow! Totally great and efficient experience! Thought my PC Tower crashed. Dropped it offf and got a call back next day and email as well. The Power Supply blew out and they replaced it pronto and did my latest Windows Updates at a VERY reasonable price. The guys at Laptop MD saved my old laptop, and it helped me meet my writing deadline!I had just saved my writing to the could as my old macbook pro, just over 10 years old, started making a horrible loud ticking noise, then went into kernel panic. I'm very tech savvy. I tried everything, but it was beyond my skill level to repair, and I needed it fixed asap.I contacted a three places with good reviews and LaptopMD answered me first, told me I could bring it in anytime that day and they would take a look at it for free. The second place said they could do a 'free estimate' that was only free if I used their service. I'm not paying someone to tell me it can't be repaired. I already knew I couldn't repair it and it was likely not unsalvageable. I decided to try LaptopMD, and am glad I did.About 15 minuets after handing my computer off, I found out the old ball bearing fan and decade old hard drive had died. Not a surprise, I use my computers until they are only good for parts and can no longer be fixed. And this computer had only been serviced once, to replace a bad DVD drive. It had lived well beyond it's life expectancy. They had me back up and running in under two hours and were reasonably priced. A new fan and an SSD later, computer is silent, and I am back to writing. I've been to Laptop MD a number of times to try to keep my old laptop running.  Thank goodness they exist--I haven't been able to find anywhere else willing to even take a look at my computer.  They've been great--they've been able to fix it every time I've brought it in (while I wait) and several of those times, when they were able to fix it relatively quickly, they didn't charge me at all.  Even when they did charge me, their rates were surprisingly modest. I went to the Morristown location and I've been nothing but happy. I had 3 laptops and one iPad repaired. One I thought was too old to bother fixing, but Tom said, let me take a look at it, and it wasn't much at all to get it repaired. Overall, the costs have been reasonable, and less expensive than getting a new one, and everything is working great. LaptopMD just recovered the contents of a corrupt boot drive on my desktop PC and they did a great job.  The service was pricy ($517 including tax and the 1TB Seagate hard drive on which they put my recovered data), but the service was quick (same day) and they recovered everything.  Helpful and pleasant staff, comfortable waiting area, text message updates regarding project status.  I highly recommend these guys! Laptop MD was exactly what I needed to repair my broken screen for my Apple MacPro 13" inch Retina screen.  They were very professional, honest, and prompt with the service.  It cost me $500 all in to have my 13" inch screen to be replaced.  It was on the expensive side but I would have paid a lot more by going to the official Apple store.  LaptopMD is not an official Apple retailer but I can't tell the difference from my previous screen.  I highly recommend them for broken Apple MacPro screens.
