All in all, Mike was the reason we went with Land View and we're so happy that we did. The Design was beautiful and the Build is fantastic! We ultimately selected to go with Mike, after multiple sourcing and getting estimates. And now, we're delighted with our newly completed backyard landscaping (from scratch). We just had our backyard done by Land View. We had nothing but dirt in our yard before and Land View was able to turn it into a beautiful yard that is very functional. Mike's design was excellent and well thought out. He took into consideration a number of things that we wanted and he was able to fit it all in our small yard while also making it look clean, streamline, and functional. We absolutely are in love with our new backyard and love spending time it now.  The workers were excellent, respectable, cleaned up every day after themselves, and completed great work. We are very pleased with the entire process with Land View. We had about 7 different landscape companies do designs and estimates for us and Mike's design really stood out among them. You also won't find better workers to complete the work, they completed the design to perfection. i was referred to Mike from a colleague, after speaking to multiple landscapers and not being entirely satisfied with either their designs and punctuality i came across Mike. Mike turned up on time and straight away i felt connected that he understood my design requirements immediately. A few days later i had an interactive artist rendition and 3D plan with his ideas. We went back and forth a few times until i had the design i was absolutely happy with. Once we agreed on the price and design we had a start date and the Landscape team all turned up punctual and were very neat tidy and didnt disturb the neighbours at all. Once complete the back yard looked exactly like the 3D art and i was absolutely over the moon with how it all looked. Steve came to visit me and was very flexible in the payment structure, again all very professional and thorough. I would recommend Landview Landscape 100/100. I had Mike do the landscaping for my new home. His design was unlike anything I've ever seen! I loved it so much I didn't need any revisions. My backyard isn't very big but he did such a great job using every inch and it feels so spacious now. I have a beautiful fireplace, a garden, two large trees, pavers and artificial turf. I've intended to do this for a long time and now, after many months, am finally taking time to do it! My wife and I decided to do a fairly major modification/upgrade to our back yard in 2016. We admired the nice landscape job that was just completed in our neighbors front yard and learned that it was Landview Landscape Services whom they were very pleased with. That was good enough for us. We met with Mike Lawrence, the Field Operations Manager (my words) and gave some basic input and then he came up with a great design that we made very little change to that included changing out many of our shrubs and flowers; adding a large area of pave-stones and designing and constructing  a beautiful stream-bed with flowing water re-circulating through it. We were very happy with their work and the final result. So much so that we repeated the process a few months ago by having them do an even bigger project in our front yard that has received countless rave reviews from residents in the development...very impressive, indeed! Normally we get at least three bids on "larger-ticket" projects, but we we're so impressed with their previous work that we broke our general rule. Could we have got it done cheaper with someone else? Don't know...maybe, maybe not. But, the owner of the company, Anne Travis, and Mike Lawrence, as well as a couple of the Field Supervisors we became well acquainted with, Miguel and Nicholas, were all very personable, easy to work with, and very accommodating. That's not always the case. For example, there were a couple very minor matters after completion, such as a couple of shrubs that didn't survive, etc. After a project has been completed and all the money paid, that's when you can sometimes run into problems with contractors. That was not our experience with Landview Landscape Services. I just called Ann Travis about the matter and she had someone on it straight away...no resistance no hassle, just timely results. That kind of "service after the sale" is worth extra in my book. We would definitely use this company again! (Will post photos separately when I locate them) More...

Wow!  I can't say enough about these guys.  Our paver project was set to begin in early August.  Our association was being difficult, to say the least, and we weren't sure when we could get our project completed.  Mike was very patient and flexible.  We were finally able to get the project underway this week.  Adrian and his crew arrived early every day and worked long and hard into the afternoon.  They were conscientious about their work.  The end result was way beyond what I expected.  Plus, I felt that their bid was very reasonable.  I will recommend them to my friends and family.Thanks so much,GJ More...

Mike Lawrence of Landview Landscape is the epitome of a professional landscaper. We were introduced to Mike through one of our neighbors that also hired him to design and install backyard landscaping. Mike took the time to really understand our needs and design concepts during our initial meetings. We were so impressed with his ability to create a visual design that met all of our expectations. His spatial awareness and knowledge of native plant materials is also very impressive. Mike's crew was also one of the best we have ever worked with. My wife and I recently found an area by our front entrance that we didn't know had irrigation set up by the prior owners.  It was pretty buried and not noticeable until we started messing around there to place a few plants .  We called Land View and talked with Anne about setting up a time to get their workers out to help plant a little landscaping there.  She immediately set up an appointment for the next morning.  You rarely see this quick of a response to a clients need from most companies.  They are so quick to respond and are very concerned about the details of their work.  They truly desire happiness of customers.  The product speaks for itself, but the little things that some companies are very poor at, Land View is exceptional.  Thank you for such a great experience. We had a large desert yard that needed to be beautifully landscaped and ugly cinder block walls that needed stucco. Mike was the designer and contractor for our 15,000 sq ft brown ugly dirt yard. He arrived for consultation the next day. He had drawings, CAD designs, and estimates within a week. He listened to my ideas and requests, and followed through. His crew was friendly, efficient, and the hardest workers i've ever seen, arriving 7:00 sharp every morning like clockwork. Mike checked on our property almost daily, scheduling huge truck deliveries of trees, rocks, dirt, and equipment. Very attentive, organized, professional, and friendly. My husband and i are so glad we chose this company, as we had several less expensive bids from others.Call Land View and ask for Mike. I have had the pleasure of using Land View for the past 3+ years for my house in Green Valley. I have a corner house with high lawn visibility. Here are just some of the reasons why I love this company. Responsiveness: Anne always calls me back promptly and/or emails when I have a question or inquire about additional services. Dependability: They are always on-time and do the job thoroughly. Service: Their staff is friendly and trustworthy. Above and Beyond: Their service team replaces broken sprinkler heads without being asked (being a corner house and close to a school bus stop, unfortunately this happens frequently); their service team calls me when they think my timers need adjusting and always offer to do this for me. Where ever I move in the valley, or however many houses I buy, Landview will be my lawn design and maintenance company. Let's start with the basics--I have the greenest yard on the block! I swear they come out everyday to mow, cut, trim, clean... whatever needs to be done. Whenever my trash cans are on the street, they move them to the garage for me, eventhough I have never asked--WHO DOES THAT? They automatically ""winter-ize"" my exposed pipes and delicate trees in the winter; automatically adjust the sprinklers based on the time of year; not a weed or fallen leaf in sight... I could go on and on. I know some of the workers by name, and not only is Ann, the owner, extremely personable, she really knows her stuff; I've asked A LOT of questions, and she has never responded with ""I don't know."" Also, sometimes I have some ""bad ideas."" Like, plant suggestions and placements that wouldn't be best for our desert living.
