My favorite part of what I do is make change and transformation happen in my clients life. I love that I get to be the person who gets to help my clients move to the direction hey always wanted to go to, but feel stuck and frustrated. I am the person who helps without spending too long of a time in sessions. I love the quick and actual habit change I have seen that my work brings to peoples life.

I was married to an abusive narcissist and wanted to learn the tools that would require for me to grow out of a vicm mindset to a victor mindset. I studied life coaching, and also health a wellness coaching. This programs was a start to my growth process to move out of that feeling stuck to moving forward. Currently I am studying for the board to be board certified health and wellness coach. Also, working on the credentials to becoming a Register Nurse.

My honest work ethic is valuable to me. I have gone through a very stressful unhealthy lifestyle to being the person that I am today. Becoming a health and life coach was about turning these statistics around and making a positive impact in the world. We all have habits. Now some habits are health promoting, and some are health destroying. Some habits are bringing us closer to the life that we want, and some habits are taking us further away. When I went through a major stress during my divorce from an abusive toxic individual, I had to quickly learn how to cope with life and pay great deal of attention to my health and lifestyle. As a coach I can make a massive impact in helping you to change your habits, so habits become more health promoting and bring you closer to the life you truly want for yourself.

Yes, my services are over zoom and or phone calls, with a daily emergency line available to my clients who need me outside of our scheduled sessions.

The safety of my clients is my number one priority. Remotely is how my sessions are run and it is conducted in the safety of being distant, and safe setting. I believe that my clients normally feel much safer when we get to do the sessions remotely.
