Since backing off Amazon that sells a lot of fake products, exterior third-party sellers and has limited return window I've been buying from brick-and-mortar storesagain. Lamps plus is excellent. M. Ali is great. He is always helpful and even remembers what we bought in the past. The store has pretty good prices, but it's real value is in having everything you could possibly want. Sometimes it feels like it is easier to pick up a fixture at the big box hardware store, but you never find exactly what you want and end up frustrated. Lamps Plus has an incredible selection of really fine light fixtures for the home. The staff is commissioned, so they really want to help you to find the perfect light.
The thing I love about Lamps Plus is the staff and customer service. If anything goes wrong or you are unhappy with your purchase, they go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy.
It doesn't get a 5 star rating, because it tends to be a little pricier than other retailers, but you can always ask them for a discount.
