The Union, The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Local 2429 at Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA, has used Lalos Catering for the past 2 years.  They cater our large annual Benefit's fair (happens July of every year) and our monthly membership meetings.  Without a doubt, they are outstanding!!!  They are reasonably priced and they provide top notch service.  All of our meals come with utensils, condiments and are professionally wrapped and heated so that we can serve immediately upon setting up.  When they cater our big events, they're staff is professional, knowledgeable and customer centric.  We have not reason to use any other catering service as Lalos Catering is a one-stop-shop!!!  Thank you for all you do and continue to do!!!  We are overjoyed by the service and quality of the food. Lalo's Catering is absolutely amazing! After planning the same event at my company for the last few years this is one of the best experiences with food I have ever had. I've been using Lalo's Catering for a couple years, for business breakfasts/lunches at our refinery. They never let us down! Food is always on time, customer service is great, and they have a wide variety of cuisines! So, I hardly ever have to go with other caterers since they will cook everything I've ever asked! Food is delicious, I've NEVER had a guest complain. Employees are always asking me who I order food from when they cater our meetings and I just have nothing bad to say. We ordered our Thanksgiving feast from Lalo's Catering and everything was just delicious. I Love Lalo's Catering, I have been using them for over a year for all of my catering needs.  Their food and service is exceptional.  Amie and all the people at Lalo's Catering are very kind and accommodating.  I used Lalo's catering for my backyard wedding and everyone loved the food and presentation.  They were able to provide servers for the wedding, serving dishes, and glass wear etc.  On a weekly basis, I also use Lalo's Catering for providing lunches and breakfasts to my accounts.  Lalo's always delivers on time and with a smile.  All my offices love the food and ask where it is from.  I have had many items on the menu, my favorites are the stuffed chicken, chicken cordon bleu, pasta with mushrooms and sundried tomatoes, and oh those mini cheesecakes and chocolate breads are delicious:)Thank you Lalo's Catering and Amie for always doing an exceptional job!  It is a pleasure to work with you! Lalo's catered our wedding, oh man was it good! All our guests had nothing but good things to say about the food. We had the coconut chicken with mango, parmesan chicken, and the pasta. Sooooo DELICIOUS. For our vegan/vegetarian friends we had the eggplant, they all loved it! Amy was super sweet and nice (I hope I spelled her name right). The servers were nice as well. I recently used Lalo's Catering services to feed about 200 people for an event at work.  I worked closely with Aime who was their catering liason. Aime was great! She kept close communication with me via phone and email from getting quotes and figuring out what we really wanted through the event.  She was readily available to answer any of my questions and allowed me to make changes to the menu without hesitation or judgement.  On the day of the event the team was very professional and neatly dressed.  They wore catering attire and provided a full service buffet.  The good was delicious, everyone who attended enjoyed. We had grilled chicken which was flavorful and moist, pasta, salad, and rolls.  The team was on time and very organized.  They garnished the buffet tables with flowers which added an elegant touch. This was my first time using Lalo's Catering and I am so glad that I've found this amazing company.  I had Lalo's cater for my mom's 60th birthday party and both the food and service was excellent.  We had the salmon, chicken with mango salsa, and sundried tomato pasta - buffet style.   For all the food that we got,  it was very affordable and more importantly - delicious!  All of our guests gave lots of positive comments on the food and staff.  The crew was very professional, friendly, and very accommodating.  They made sure everything went smoothly,  and it did.  Amy,  the catering coordinator, was so pleasant to work with in discussing options for our event during our planing phase and was very attentive to our needs,  even after our event.  Lalo's is 5 stars all the way!  We will definitely book them for our next big event. Awesome!!!This catering company will never put you to shame. I used them for my son's graduation party and expecting 50 guests with different taste buds. Food is so delicious that they asked where i ordered.Not only that, from negotiations to the exact date of event, Aime is so great to work with and even Lalo himself.  I asked for taste tests of the food and Lalo gave me bunch of the dishes I wanted to order.Will definitely use them again for future events and highly recommend them!!!Thanks Lalo & Aime! I absolutely give them 5 stars. We have used them a few times for events for work at Harbor UCLA Emergency Department. Their food is amazing! My favorite has been their ceviche. And I must say I'm very picky when it comes to ceviche. It's always a dish that ends up going fast at our potlucks. Their chicken and beef kabobs are so tasty and tender as well. The fettuccini is made with just the perfect sauce, not too thick or watery, nor salty. They are very professional and punctual. They work with you on creativity a menu for your event. I've been using Lalo for 5 years (even before he was on his own). I'm a  pharmaceutical sales rep so I do upwards of 60 catered lunches per year. 1. Working with Lalo is a pleasure. He makes it super convenient for me, and simply makes my life easier. I can send him the details quickly and it is always on time, set up and perfect. As a sales rep, I appreciate that. 2. Lalo has numerous times gone above and beyond for me. As a person, I appreciate that.3. The food is consistently good. I'm a tough customer when it comes to good (family owns a upscale Italian restaurant), so I can be hard to please. I've NEVER in 5 years had a complaint about any of the food, rather people always compliment it, ask where it's from, take his menu. I know when I call Lalo, my customers will enjoy the meal. July of 2014 I hired Lalo's catering for my Daughters sweet 16.
