We make Argentinian Baked Empanadas. We're the only company that makes Baked Empanadas and we you can customize the filling. Our empanadas are crispy on the outside and we make traditional empanadas from Argentina as well as some with a twist such as Breakfast empanadas: Bacon w/Egg & Cheese as well as Dessert empanadas: Guava & Cheese and more. We'd love for your guests to have a unique experience.

What’s your signature dish?
Traditional Argentinian Baked Empanadas.
We make Beef empanadas, Chicken empanadas, Spinach & Cheese. Dulce de leche y guava empanadas and Guava & Cheese for dessert as well. We also make breakfast empanadas such as Bacon, with Egg and Cheese. We create customized, specialty empanadas such as honey roasted turkey with purreed apples and toasted walnuts as an example.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We create the perfect amount of empanadas for any occasion.
Customers typically eat 3-4 empanadas each and they are very filling.
They are excellent for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Dessert.
What do you love most about your job?
I love giving people a new and exotic food experience!

What inspired you to start your own business?
Hola!!! I’m Beth, the owner of Lala Empanada.
It all begins with an idea and this one came from my daughter Lala. I fell in love with empanadas from the moment I moved to Miami over 20 years ago. We lived in Costa Rica and then were blessed to settle on the Space Coast. After having brain surgery I decided to follow my daughter’s enthusiasm for the things I love and I pursued my love of empanadas. I left the corporate online world after more than 20 years in the industry and never looked back. Marrying into a Latin family I was submerged into an Argentinian culture. I’ve tried empanadas from around the world and love many different types. It’s fantastico to connect with avid empanada fans and those that are intrigued by the flavors. It’s exciting seeing and hearing the feedback and watching the expressions on your faces! It is incredible how much food plays a huge part in any culture and almost every culture has their recipe for an empanada. Food is the most important commodity to a human being and comforts us and is the highlight of every gathering of friends and family. I want to be able to walk in any grocery store, not just an independent Latin grocery store, and find prepackaged empanadas to grab in go and meal portioned frozen empanadas, not just from bite sized empanadas . They are affordably priced and healthy. From vegetarians to carnivores there is an option for everyone. A hand-held empanada is a healthy (baked) option that is consumed in a lot of specialized premises from playing at the beach, an engagement party, office luncheon, hitting the park or athletic field. Versatile for a snack, the perfect appetizer before an asado (barbecue), breakfast, lunch or a sit down dinner and you can freeze them for up to 3 months to keep them in stock! An authentic home-made Argentinian flavor with an accessible price. I’m truly blessed to share the joy of baking empanadas and look forward to the prospect of you becoming a loyal fan!
