Great location to have your wedding. You owe it to yourself to hire an event coordinator for this venue as you will be bringing in each vendor individually. The facilities are great and we had no issues with the staff. More...

The Lake Worth Casino was constructed in 1913. Folks paid 5 cents to take a ferry across the lake to it. The first incarnation of the building was a two story bath house. The first floor had changing rooms and the second floor was used for dancing. The bath house burned down in 1919 and the Brelsford family who owned the land gave it to the city of Lake Worth so they could have a public beach. The Lake Worth Casino and Baths was rebuilt in 1922 and a wooden automobile bridge was constructed to cross the lake to reach it. The domed towers and arched columns you see today are from the 1922 building design. The casino contained slot machines until gambling was outlawed in the 1930's. The building sustained damage during the 1928 hurricane. The roof was ripped off in the 1947 hurricane and the casino was rebuilt again but not ornately. In 2011 Lake Worth restored the casino to how it looked in 1922. Although the building is called the Lake Worth Casino there is no actual casino in the building. The first floor has a municipal pool and tenants like Mulligans, Kilwins, and a Mama Mia's Pizzeria. The second floor has a 3,000 square foot ballroom with a wrap around terrace that can be rented for weddings and other private events. On the night I was there Anthony and Jessica were getting married, may they live happily ever after. During the 2011 building restoration the city also created a new ocean front park, added new restrooms, and picnic tables.I love that the city decided to honor the past by restoring the Lake Worth Casio to how it looked during Florida's golden days in the 1920's. They saved the past to create a place that future people in the Lake Worth community will be enjoying for generations to come. More...

The event space is very beautiful. Don’t expect to come here and gamble. Not a real casino. Close oh very close to the beach. Limited metered parking. Street parking. Shopping and eateries nearby. Balcony space. Full catering kitchen. Looks like the help with rentals and have vendors to recommend for your event. Very helpful staff. More...

Are you a bride on a budget? Well, Lake Worth Casino is the place for you !!!My husband and I saved a bunch of money, just by having a weekday wedding. Emeric ( the coordinator) walked me through the whole process. He is nice and understanding. He did not try to use or minimize the fact that my fiancé was not there for the process. He helped before, during and after the wedding. He wanted us to be the happiest couple. He congratulated us and was so happy with how beautiful everything turned out. Actually he was as excited as us :D #Notkidding!Thank you,Emeric Pros:Affordable Spacious Allows fog machineDeposit $ back Unique set up of tables Flexible with almost everything Renovated ( they were done exactly few weeks before wedding ) Bridal party was able to practice dance while doing a last tour (hahaha) (#sneakyus) Cons:Parking is a killer $2hr (so carpool) Unless couple is paying , then $1hr More...

While I didn't venture inside the Casino Building, I can say that the Beach Complex is beyond immaculate. This beach has some of the clearest, bluest water I have seen in South Florida outside of Miami. I truly felt like I was "Where the Tropics begin," at this glorious beach. More...

*DO NOT REVERSE PARK!*
Lake Worth Beach is so much nicer now that it has been renovated. It is still a bit trashy which makes for good people watching! The boardwalk has outdoor showers to rinse off, a kids playground and bathrooms. Parking is $2 per hour (need to pay at meter and display ticket in windshield) **when I visited, I made the mistake of reversing into my parking space to make it safer to unload my children and beach gear directly onto the sidewalk. Upon returning to my car I discovered a $30 citation on my windshield for reversing into a parking space. I must say that this will deter me from returning and patronizing the beach and restaurants. I was surprised that a warning wasn't issued first, considering I paid for four hours of parking. I think the $30 fine is excessive and may be higher than a parking ticket!? In the future I will travel up to Juno Beach to enjoy the beach as they have free parking. More...

First of all we want to say that we live in Sweden and had a hard time finding a place to have a beach ceremony in. We searched a lot of venues online and either it cost like 1000-2000 dollars our we couldn’t have it because of different county rules etc. Then a venue in Jupiter recommended us to Lake Worth Casino building (not a real casino by the way) and we were thrilled. They had awesome prices, a beautiful location and a wonderful staff, jackpot!!

When we finally got to the US we met with the venue planner Lauren (a real sweetheart!) who went over the details and showed us around. When our wedding day arrived the Florida weather gods decided to bless with some rain. So sadly we couldn’t have the ceremony at the beach as planned.

However, Lauren went beyond of what she had discussed with us before regarding the backup plan and made room for our ceremony inside their beautiful ballroom in the casino building. Even though the ceremony wasn’t on the beach, Lauren succeeded in making our ceremony unforgettable.

If you want to get married on a beautiful white beach with an amazing backup plan for bad weather and is very affordable, then we really recommend Lake Worth Casino Building!

Thanks you guys so much for saving our wedding day! / Robin & Carrie

We were married on the beach and had our reception in the ballroom. Lauren and her team were wonderful to work with, everything looked great! The chairs on the sand were perfect and the chairs in the ballroom looked great so we didn't have to rent any additional covers or anything. The building is beautiful and a perfect location overlooking the ocean. They even had lawn games set up on the balcony for cocktail hour! We planned our wedding from out-of-state and Lauren was very responsive and easy to work with, flexible with us with our limited availability when we were visiting. It was very affordable compared to other beach wedding options we explored. Our guests had a great time and everything was wonderful! More...
