What’s your signature dish?
GLUTEN FREE — if we know in advance — we can make just about any of our items. We are serious about following strict rules. We go a step above from offering only sandwiches. We have burritos and nachos also.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We will take time to sit and talk with our clients and get to know them and what they like. Sometimes we even come up with something entirely different we don’t normally offer.
What do you love most about your job?
My husband loves cooking — and he loves talking to people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are from Deep South East Texas where smoking meat is a way of life - not a meal - he has been smoking meat since he was old enough to lift the lid on the heavy smoker in their backyard. Then he progressed to family and friends who eventually talked him into opening our business.

If you want true smoked brisket and pulled pork done the right way — always smoked — always with wood — never ever lighter fluid — and never cooked in the oven with a sauce you add that goes back 3 generations — we are simply your choice.
