My interaction with them went great! I am from Romania and I was trying to send a plant delivered to a friend in US. I payed by VISA card from over here and called them to make sure my order was received. The person who responded was not speaking perfect english but she was very helpful and ensured me that my order was received and it will be delivered The plant was delivered in the same day as I requested, even earlier than I was expecting. Flowers delivered by my friend from Virgina. They came on a Monday 630pm. They were white long stem roses with one red long stem rose. Stars taken off for the following reasons.1. The arrangement could have been better. There were more leaves than rose. It was like looking at a untrim beard or something. It was just thrown together. Simple arrangement that could have been more elegant if they florist paid more attention or could it be the delivery that messed it up. 2. The quality of the roses. The next day, they wilted! We followed the instruction. Keep it away from draft, sunlight, and watch the water level. We placed the flowers in my moms room where it is cool.There was a number to call and a website that they have a 24hr guarantee! They honored it!Spoke with Nina and John and they delivered white roses the next day. Not in a vase, which is fine. I also informed them that the red rose is surviving but not the white roses around it.The replacement white roses are lasting. And much healthier. Im glad they honored their policy.Im just not that impressed with the way the florist arranged their flowers. ;) We had to do it.Grateful for friends sending us flowers.Grateful that they honored their 24hr policy!
