At LadyBug Body-Mind Healing I offer Integrative Therapy for Body and Mind. I use an eclectic blend of talk and body focused therapy, in combination with hypnotherapy, soul readings, touch and energy work for a more thorough and holistic approach than talk therapy alone.
Furthermore, this integrated approach gets to the root of the issue, and can yield quicker, more powerful results than one approach alone.
My goal is to help people who want to go beyond the "one size fits all" approach to wellness, by combining a variety of alternative methods that truly treats all of you. The integration of body, mind and spirit is dependent on exploring all of those aspects of being human, which is precisely my focus.

According to the latest research what we don’t deal with, ends up in our bodies. Unresolved emotional pain and trauma can lead to chronic emotional and physical issues. Whether emotional or physical the body is the container that holds it all, which is why my work takes a body focused, bottom up approach to change. By integrating these powerful, cutting edge methods into each session we gain access to ALL of you, not just parts. It is said that you can’t fix the parts of you without treating the whole, and that is the cornerstone of my therapeutic style.
​I think and work outside the box to elicit deep healing and lasting change for clients suffering from a wide range of issues, both emotional and physical. Anxiety, PTSD, depression, self defeating thoughts and patterns, unwanted behaviors, grief, loss, and life transitions can be addressed in a fresh, new way using this integrated holistic approach. Physical issues that may have evolved from ongoing stress or trauma such as chronic pain, digestive and sleep disorders, and autoimmune illnesses such as Lyme Disease, Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia can also be improved by placing the body and its ability to heal body and mind, front and center.
The work is collaborative, driven by the desire to find solutions to difficult, long held and painful issues. The common thread is unresolved emotional scarring that have been experienced throughout our lives. These experiences remain in our psyches, subconscious, and bodies, disrupting our lives and limiting the amount of joy we allow ourselves to feel.Â
​I am extremely flexible and creative. I come to this work with no agenda, only the desire to follow my client's, and their body's lead. In sessions we focus on noticing the subtle yet revealing physical expressions that accompany the client's story. Working with me is interactive, solution focused, and completely client centered. Rather than simply talking about issues, we facilitate the resolution of long-standing problems by unearthing innate knowledge from the many dimensions that make up who we are as a person, body, mind and soul.
My goal is to move people from surviving to thriving, from small to expansive, from disconnected to connected, and from resistance to acceptance. I provide clients with the inspiration they need to move beyond their conscious awareness and towards a better integration of themselves. Driven by curiosity and imagination, together we immerse ourselves in this highly creative process. Your wellness is my passion and I am constantly learning more skills to add to my toolbox.
I am trained in multiple disciplines and am able to apply these skills in a practical manner. My passion for holistic healing is the driving force behind my eclectic choice of therapeutic modalities. I am equally adept at understanding people and hearing their stores, as I am at applying hands on therapies and energy practices. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist I have a great depth of knowledge about the subconscious and the role it plays in our healing, growth and transformation.
I bring to my work a sense of hope, curiosity and a strong belief that opportunity is inherent in every struggle. My caring, compassionate, and insightful manner helps clients feel safe, relaxed, respected and cared for as valued and unique individuals.
