We selected Meika to cater my mother's 70th Birthday celebration. Meika was very detailed, yet flexible, helping us select the right dishes and making sure my mother was satisfied with the menu. Meika was great with communication prior to, and throughout the event. She was available to answer questions and resolve any concerns. Her staff did an excellent job serving our 170 guests. The guests couldn't get enough of her delicious chicken, mac'n' cheese, and banana pudding. First let me say I live in Chicago, but I was planning a graduation dinner for my daughter who attended a college in Virginia. Flew out to VA early part of the 2018 to taste test others but nothing impressed me enough to book. As time was moving fast, I decided to give Lady M a call. Her customer service was everything. She took time with me. She worked out a package that was perfect for my event. She gave me an easy payment schedule. She stayed in touch with me and she made me feel like she had been knowing me for years. She delivered my food on time. She set everything up. Most of all, my dinner party was a success because everything was seasoned and delicious! We are back in Chicago and the family is still talking about her food. Ms. Davis catered our school father daughter dance and I couldn't be more happy with her food. Not only is she an amazing cook, she is also professional and there for you the whole step of the way. She kept in contact to make sure we didn't need anything through out the whole time. When she came she was very calming and went straight to work, and when we didn't have the right pans to hold the food SHE went to get them. My Peach/Apple Cobbler I got for winning the contest was so good. It was sweet and the crust was flaky just like a real cobbler should be.
