We discovered Lady K at a visit to the winery. We gave her a shot and OMG all the food was sooo good. Hubby had the wings and mambo sauce with fries and I had the bourbon chicken with mac n cheese and collard greens. Everything was slammin. And the truck was really nice and seemed well maintained. WHOA!! I thought that the Meatloaf & Bourbon Chicken were exceptional, and they are, but I had the Wings and they were fantastic! She serves the Wings with a breading that is outstanding in its own right, but her version of the Mambo Sauce is notably better than the original, you can tell that it's made from better ingredients. I ate the Wings w/o the sauce they were that good, I did save the cup of sauce for something else tho. Hehehe... Anyway, just when I thought that her menu couldn't get any better Will be doing these as often as I can! More...

Finally we made it here early enough before they sold out!!! So AMAZING! Had the Peach and Bourbon Chicken, Meat Loaf, Mashed Potatoes and Mac and Cheese. All Homemade. All Yummy. I ordered an entree for lunch but ended up having it for dinner because the portions were so generous. The banana pudding is the best I have had in a long time. I ordered the organic peach n' bourbon chicken with a side of mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. The chicken was tender and the sauce made for it was delicious.
