I love this place! I've been coming here going on 2 years, and I can't begin to explain how nice and helpful everyone is. Lorraine the receptionist is so nice and welcoming . Dr. Mac is the best and really takes the time to listen to you and your concerns, and then helps you come up with a plan to get you feeling back to 100%. Dr. Kim is a wonderful practitioner who takes time to explain everything, and I ask a lot of questions. Be prepared to show your tongue! He's kind of a genie at accusing you of insufficiencies that you might not have remembered, (like the way doctors give you a long list of ailments and after you fill out the form you feel a lot sicker than you realized). But good news! He can help make your life sufficient! Or at least the body you're in.There's a big shaking machine that looks like a stepstool with bumps, this goes on your back and shakes every organ until they multiply. I even got Korean hand tape, which makes me feel like a sumo wrestler until it comes off in a few days. But my burgeoning hand arthritis is much much better after only three rounds. Dr. Kim will remind you that sumo is Japanese and the tape is Korean. And this is how we learn. I really enjoyed our interactions. There was a Yoda quality about him that made it really fun. I injured my lower back one night and Dr. MacAdam was able to see me the next day. He went over his plan to help get me out of pain and correct the problem. I have been coming in for a few weeks now and feel so much better. Dr. MacAdam is very nice and professional, and the front office staff is as well. Before seeing Dr MacAdam I had never been to a chiropractor. He really educated me on the process and what specifically was going to help alleviate my back pain and issues. Sure enough, I felt much better within a few appointments and am excited to continue my treatment plan. I thought the pressure and pain I frequently had in my lower back was something I'd just live with forever and now there's a light at the end of the tunnel for me. The office is beautiful, clean, and I never wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Lorraine is SO lovely and friendly and I love that I can bring my son in with me to my appointments. Staff is so friendly, clean office, always on time. I had never been to a chiropractor before and being a full time hairstylist being on my feet all day, visits are much needed. I have been sufferening from TMJ and thought I just had to "live with the symptoms" but fortunately, we are able to focus on my TMJ and I have to say even after just the first couple visits I was already in less pain. I have been seeing Dr. MacAdam since I was in high school back in the 90's. He is a Fantastic Chiropractor and I am blessed to call him my Doc-Chiropractor. What I have always loved about him is his awesome personality and great energy that he carries with him every time I get treated by him!! He is an asset to Ladera Ranch and it's community. I was in a car accident and was doing physical therapy. The PT was not working and I was still having pain and numbness. I was referred to Dr. MacAdams by  two different doctors and decided to give it a try. Dr. MacAdams was diligent and kind at my consult and within a few weeks I was no longer having the numbness and the pain has really diminished.
