Lacamas Athletic Club

I'm updating my review. Several changes have taken place that are very refreshing and worthy of adding stars. One of the biggest changes have been key staff people. A couple of the staff members have made a big difference to me. Nathan and Ross are making some great changes that have been long overdue. Mostly in keeping the equipment in tip top shape. My wife and I have had several swim lessons here and it was a great experience. Staff are warm and knowledgeable. Facilities are also well-equipped and clean too.

This is a great club with a very supportive, encouraging, and inclusive staff. Nathan and Cara Murphy have done a fantastic job innovating new group fitness classes such as Bootcamp, Bike Blast, Body Sculpt, along with the small group circuit and interval LacAttack trainings. They really get to know each one of the members and care about their fitness progress and health. It was really hard to get started on a fitness program, especially as an older adult, but all the staff has been so helpful and supportive.
